If you choose the complete package, once you have a draft you are satisfied with, we will proofread it, correcting any spelling and grammatical errors and pointing out where we think you need to check or insert references to sources.
Note: This support package does NOT involve us writing the essay for you. It involves us helping you to improve the essay you already have through discussing the topic question and the points you have raised, thus giving you a deeper understanding of the topic. We will also point out where alternative topic points could be made, or the fact your points need to be made stronger. This deeper understanding of the topic, and second opinion on the approach to the response, will help you to produce a better essay.

Video Call
We recommend using Zoom for your session. Zoom is free to download and works on all phones, tablets, and computers. Apart from this convenience, it has a feature that allows you to record your meetings. We highly recommend doing this, as it will allow you to rewatch the meeting whenever you want and get even more use out of your investment.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel the project for any reason, you will be able to get a partial refund. The size of the refund will depend on how far along we are in the project, but the maximum will be 50%.
If you need to cancel a session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule it.
Content and Flow
Step 1: Start
Read all the rest of these steps before clicking on the link below. That way you’ll know both what to expect and the limits of the project.
Step 2: Apply
The link will take you to a form that you’ll fill out with some mildly personal information – name, email, which service you are applying for, and some details about the project you are undertaking. You’ll press the send button and, if the cyber gods are kind, we’ll get that information.
Step 3: First Contact
We will send you an email with a polite greeting, a copy of all the steps to complete our end of your project, and an invitation to a quick video call. This email will also include a short list of questions that your tutor will be asking during the trial meeting just to get a feel for what you want and need when it comes to the project. These questions are just for you to think about so that you have the answers ready when they come up in the video call.
Step 4: Trial Meeting
In this quick (approximately 15~20 minute) meeting, you will discuss the project with your tutor –
This meeting is also intended for you and your tutor to get to know each other a little, to see if you can work together. If you have questions about them or their role in the project, feel free to ask them during this meeting.
Step 5: Upfront Payment
If step four goes well and we each agree to work together, we’ll send you an invoice for the service which you will need to pay before we are able to move forward with our part of the project.
Please note that for rush jobs, there is a premium, so try to get your application in as early as you can. Also note that, for rush jobs, many of these steps can be gotten through in one session.
We will also ask you to send us a copy of your essay, complete with references, notes, and bibliography, so that we can prepare for the project.
Step 6: Starting the Project
We will connect via video call and your tutor will go over the essay with you, pointing out any places that could be strengthened. This will involve discussing the topic question and different approaches you could take in answering it. Questions about where the preponderance of evidence lies in your research. Ways in which you could strengthen your point via language and references.
This session could take up to a couple of hours. If you discover that you need to do some rewriting or more research, it might take multiple sessions before you are happy with the result.
Step 7: Proofreading (Full Support Only)
Once you are satisfied with the content of your essay, you will send it to us and your tutor will go over it to check for spelling and grammar errors. They will also point out any inconsistencies they find in the referencing or notes.
Once they are done, they will send the essay back to you in your preferred format.
